Associate Director, Digital Experience & AI Production

Responsibilities

• Own and run digital platforms including web, visual assets, and search
• Use AI-assisted tools like Claude or Sanity to assemble and update pages
• Build a reusable multi-site site factory for clinical trial and unbranded properties
• Drive same-day publishing workflows through AWS Amplify
• Manage technical SEO, crawlability, indexing, and structured data
• Correct inaccurate information in Wikidata, Google Knowledge Panel, and financial aggregators
• Build AI-enabled production capabilities using Figma Weave and Adobe Firefly
• Support MLR review and maintain WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and privacy standards
• Transition external web properties from agency dependency to in-house production

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web production or digital operations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools (e.g., Claude)
• Proficiency in technical SEO, Search Console, and Core Web Vitals
• Strong stakeholder management across Communications, Commercial, Regulatory, and IT
• Ability to work in a regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with MLR or promotional review processes
• Experience with AWS Amplify, WCAG accessibility, CCPA, and GDPR
• Knowledge of Wikidata, Knowledge Panel, or financial-data governance
• Experience with Figma Weave and Adobe Firefly
