Associate Director, Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistical delivery of tailored learning programmes
• Partner with Learning and Development teams to define success measures
• Create and manage project plans and schedules for programme delivery
• Oversee learner administration including joining instructions and delegate records
• Drive programme reporting by collating qualitative and quantitative feedback

Requirements

• Experience managing clients and stakeholders in L&D or training environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience preparing management information (MI) and handling reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or WebEx
• Basic knowledge of SCORM
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
