Associate Manager, Demand Operations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution across SSP partner platforms, including domain approvals and inventory configuration
• Act as a primary point of contact for SSPs and demand partners for onboarding and troubleshooting
• Implement and maintain advertiser and category blocklists across SSPs
• Investigate discrepancies in bidder performance such as CPM, win rate, and fill rate
• Extract and analyze performance data across multiple SSP dashboards to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage and audit ads.txt files across publisher properties to ensure compliance
• Conduct recurring audits of site and partner setups to identify gaps in demand coverage
• Monitor changes in the programmatic ecosystem and translate developments into actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain standardized documentation for operational workflows and troubleshooting

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Ad tech within the digital marketing industry
• Familiarity with Programmatic advertising
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, ZenDesk, etc.)
• Understanding of digital media supply and demand chains
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, and spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
