PLL Legal & CBP is an international legal practice operating in a diverse and evolving business landscape, with a growing presence in the Middle East region.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team with legal matters in the Middle East Region
- Work on complex, cross-border transactions
- Provide practical, solutions-oriented commercial advice
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE
- Experience from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice
- Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials
- Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions
- English fluency (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Middle East markets
- Arabic language skills
- Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution
- Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE
