Associate - Supply Planning (Faces)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply planning and inventory operations for assigned brands in KSA market
• Process, monitor and follow up on purchase orders, shortages and backorders
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution
• Perform store stock checks, stock analysis and inventory reconciliations across stores and warehouses
• Execute and track inter-store and inter-country transfers, RTVs and stock liquidation
• Support S&OP inputs and present supply planning data
• Calculate, track and analyse supply chain KPIs to support decision-making
• Maintain item creation, pricing updates and landed cost calculations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, invoices and negative stock
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, finance and stock control teams
• Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, processes and system accuracy

Requirements

• 3+ years
• Advanced Excel
• SAP experience
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Retail experience
• Strong communication
• UAE based

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
• Experience with S&OP processes
• Knowledge of KSA market operations
• Experience with RTVs and transfers
• Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and warehouse KPIs
• Diplomatic negotiation skills and stakeholder management
