Associate Technical Partnership Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with builders and platforms using Supabase, particularly within modern "vibe coding" environments.
• Execute a partnership pipeline by working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Manage onboarded partners and provide co-marketing support to drive adoption.
• Monitor trends in AI-assisted development, open-source infrastructure, and developer workflows to identify ecosystem opportunities.
• Build relationships with founders, developers, and platform teams to grow Supabase's presence in next-generation coding platforms.

Requirements

• Technical degree or 2–5 years of professional experience in roles such as Product Management, Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, and developer ecosystems.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-based integration.
• Strong strategic analysis, market research, and partnership development skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase alongside AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0).
• Familiarity with open-source communities or developer Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Early career experience or internships within AI startups or developer tooling companies.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-powered developer tools and workflows.
