Audits Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Operations & Audit team with payroll and invoicing computation
• Manage contractor time logs to ensure accurate records for payroll preparation
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks including reports, reconciliations, queries, and meetings
• Support projects and automation initiatives
• Monitor trainee hours and update Airtable and other tracking tools
• Prepare invoices and payroll trackers using Google Sheets
• Perform audits and provide detailed reports on time log discrepancies
• Conduct detailed reconciliations for clients, comparing invoices against payments

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Audit, Business Management, or an equivalent field
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Ability to work in US Eastern Standard Time
• Minimum of 400 internship hours required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High-speed internet connection (Primary: 15 Mbps; Backup: 10 Mbps)
• Hardware requirements: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5, minimum 8GB RAM
• Must have a functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and a quiet home office space
