AWS Tech Lead - Platform Operations

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve AWS organizational architecture, including Organizations, SCPs, SSO, and IAM
• Define and maintain reusable infrastructure standards and patterns to improve operational excellence
• Implement preventive and detective controls across the AWS estate in collaboration with the Security department
• Create financial visibility and enforce resource ownership in partnership with the FinOps department

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience maintaining and implementing AWS architecture via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience in cloud foundations within a high-velocity startup environment
• Proficiency with Pulumi (TypeScript), Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Experience working in asynchronous or globally distributed teams
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
