Backend Java Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-complexity, resilient, and low-latency backend architectures using the Java ecosystem
• Implement and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines integrating multiple services in distributed architectures (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Ensure application of security standards, authentication (OAuth2), monitoring, and observability (Grafana)
• Make technical decisions based on trade-off analysis of algorithms, data structures, and performance in high-load systems
• Drive the use of generative AI (Copilot, Claude Code) to increase team productivity and delivery quality

Requirements

• Deep mastery of modern Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Solid experience in microservices architecture, integration patterns, and messaging (e.g., Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ)
• Advanced modeling and optimization of relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Redis, MongoDB) databases
• Practical experience in automated testing (unit, integration, and load testing)
• Practical knowledge of containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud environments (AWS)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and observability practices (Grafana, Prometheus)
