Responsibilities

• Build indicators to measure customer experience and analyze performance
• Identify opportunities and resolve problems through data analysis
• Manage the calculation process for results and incentives
• Define goals and maintain dashboards
• Elaborate indicator cards

Requirements

• Knowledge of Looker Studio
• Knowledge of SQL
• Strong analytical capacity for data interpretation
• Good oral and written communication
• Organized with good priority management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in BI or operations
• Experience with agile methodologies
