Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics
  • Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives
  • Draft, review, and edit legal content including memoranda, opinions, and contracts
  • Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity and accuracy
  • Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables
  • Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors or inconsistencies

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in the United States
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Experience in top Law Firms
  • Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of successful remote collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to varied practice areas at a top-tier US law firm
  • Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents
