Job description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
  • Record and categorize income, expenses, and other financial transactions
  • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Generate and send invoices to customers and monitor collections
  • Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation and records
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve bookkeeping issues promptly
  • Support the accounting team with audits and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Prior bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • High English proficiency (CEFR level required)
  • Ability to work during EST business hours
