Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full creative loop from concept and brief to finished assets for paid acquisition
  • Research competitors and social feeds to generate creative hypotheses for diverse audiences
  • Design 100 to 150 static ad concepts per week using Canva or Figma
  • Incorporate real product imagery, such as UI moments and feature highlights, into ad assets
  • Synthesize performance data from live tests to identify winning patterns and iterate on designs
  • Support brand design and blog post imagery to maintain a cohesive visual identity across channels

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing on the creative side
  • Proficiency in Canva or Figma with the ability to produce high-volume assets efficiently
  • Strong copywriting instincts and an understanding of consumer psychology
  • Native-level English fluency for targeting US-based audiences
  • Experience with high-volume asset production and a fast-paced workflow
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a performance marketing agency
  • Familiarity with the EdTech, SaaS, or AI industries
