Job description
Responsibilities
- Own and grow performance and influencer marketing accounts with a focus on driving ROAS
- Lead account optimization, retention, growth planning, and upselling initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to translate client requirements into actionable product improvements
- Coordinate cross-functionally with BI, Operations, Finance, and Influencer teams
- Identify workflow gaps and proactively implement process improvements
Requirements
- 5–7 years of total professional experience
- 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Proven experience managing performance-based accounts (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces)
- Experience working within SaaS or product-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills and high level of data literacy
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing
- Experience working in both agency and product-led environments
