Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow performance and influencer marketing accounts with a focus on driving ROAS
  • Lead account optimization, retention, growth planning, and upselling initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to translate client requirements into actionable product improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with BI, Operations, Finance, and Influencer teams
  • Identify workflow gaps and proactively implement process improvements

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of total professional experience
  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success roles
  • Proven experience managing performance-based accounts (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces)
  • Experience working within SaaS or product-driven environments
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of data literacy
  • Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing
  • Experience working in both agency and product-led environments
