Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance to identify opportunities to improve profitability and monitor revenue and margin performance
• Monitor third-party supplier fees, contractual arrangements, and commercial agreements
• Maintain commercial tracking information, including cost-to-serve analysis
• Produce analysis and business insights to support strategic decision making for investment and portfolio management teams
• Coordinate and prepare Board, Committee, and Management reports
• Design and implement enhancements to reporting and workflows using smart automation or AI
• Take on ad-hoc projects evaluating emerging technologies to improve business effectiveness

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional capability
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, management consulting, or financial services
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools (Domo preferred)
• Experience using AI in a workplace setting to improve workflows or reporting
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities
• Active interest in investments and markets
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and maintain discretion
