Business Analyst (Endur) Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Capture and refine requirements into user stories, use cases, and process diagrams
• Assist in preparing test scenarios and UAT packs with clear acceptance criteria
• Support data and configuration analysis under guidance from senior team members
• Maintain documentation repositories including process flows, FAQs, and SOPs

Requirements

• 4–7 years of Endur support experience
• Strong SQL and log analysis skills
• Hands-on Endur (OpenLink) experience
• Understanding of commodity trading lifecycle
• ITIL knowledge
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Basic understanding of trading or financial products

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to other CTRM platforms
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools like Jira and Confluence
• BA-focused training or coursework
