Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decompose product requirements for trading-related features
• Conduct competitor and market analysis across CEX, DEX, and other trading platforms
• Create and maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, QA, and Design
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to developers by explaining business logic and edge cases
• Participate in the full feature lifecycle from discovery and design through testing and release

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Middle) or 4+ years (Senior)
• Solid understanding of trading fundamentals including spot and futures trading
• Knowledge of order types (Market, Limit, Stop, etc.), PnL, fees, and balances
• Proven experience writing clear, structured documentation and specifications
• Experience working directly with engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of CEX architecture including accounts, balances, orders, and ledgers
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma
