Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review user stories in backlog and collaborate with Product Owners
• Document acceptance criteria for user stories and bug tickets
• Help Developers understand user stories and lead discussions on new functionality
• Test user stories and ensure testing is appropriately documented
• Serve as scrum master and lead daily scrums
• Lead backlog grooming sessions and demo days
• Train stakeholders on new functionality
• Document business processes, changes, requirements, and user manuals

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in business process and system analysis, design, and implementation
• Experience in Agile and JIRA
• Ability to provide comprehensive Business, Functional, and Data Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, etc.)
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• UI/UX experience with software applications
• Scrum master certification
• Testing-related certification
