Business Analyst - Procurement & ERP

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives and translate needs into functional requirements and workflows
• Document use cases, requirements, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze operational and client data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to generate actionable insights
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between client-facing and technical teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions while documenting outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
• Strong experience in Procurement and/or ERP implementation projects
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or SaaS platforms
• Experience within the technology or financial sectors
