Job description
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives and translate needs into functional requirements and workflows
- Document use cases, requirements, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze operational and client data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to generate actionable insights
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between client-facing and technical teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions while documenting outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
- Strong experience in Procurement and/or ERP implementation projects
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or SaaS platforms
- Experience within the technology or financial sectors
