Business Analyst, Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Operations Project Managers to define project objectives, scope, and business requirements
• Lead discovery efforts including process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis
• Translate ambiguous business requests into clear requirements and decision-ready materials
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on priorities and implementation strategies
• Assess potential risks and impacts of proposed changes across systems and processes
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and measure performance
• Propose and implement reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and optimization opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Excel and statistical tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills for working across all organizational levels
