Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and convince new students to join Paradox’s trainings through effective networking, prospecting, and outbound sales activities.
  • Organize and launch LinkedIn or email campaigns to Source and proactively generate leads using Hubspot CRM.
  • Conduct daily intense cold-calling (10+ calls/day) and achieve 1-3 sales per day.
  • Manage full sales cycle: scheduling, reporting, and following up with leads via CRM.
  • Continuously improve objection handling skills by reviewing recorded calls and proposing new ideas for offer improvement.
  • Participate in-person and online Paradox events and webinars to sell and engage with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Native French; fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proven autonomy, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Digital proficiency (CRM, sales tools, prospecting software).
  • Deep interest or knowledge of personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech markets.
  • Passionate about sales, influence, and people engagement.
  • Team player, ambitious, analytical, open to feedback, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience selling educational services or courses.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Additional European languages a plus.
  • Experience working in a remote/startup environment.
