Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attract, find, and convince new students to join Paradox trainings.
- Identify and qualify new leads via phone, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Achieve a minimum of 1-3 sales per day.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Proactively source potential students and set up meetings via LinkedIn or Hubspot campaigns.
- Use CRM (Hubspot) to efficiently manage leads, calls, meetings, and reporting.
- Overcome sales objections and escalate recurring issues to improve offers.
- Participate actively in Paradoxβs online and in-person events, including webinars and events in Dubai, Paris, Barcelona, and Lisbon.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
- Native French and fluent English communication (written and spoken).
- Autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate networker and highly motivated by sales and influence.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using/learning digital tools and CRM systems.
- Interest in personal development, coaching, or EdTech sectors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working remotely or in an autonomous role.
- Proficiency with Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn campaigns, and digital outreach.
- Familiarity with digital monitoring and project management tools.
- High ambition, drive, and a problem-solving mindset.
