Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant leads within assigned territories
• Communicate with potential partners via cold calls, social media, and in-person meetings
• Negotiate commercial rates while adhering to business profitability guardrails
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect records within the CRM system
• Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure signed restaurants go live successfully
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide market feedback to leadership to support strategy and execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-growth company
• BSc/BA in business or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive toward monthly targets
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection
• Fluency in English is required
• Arabic or Hindi language skills are a strong advantage
• Experience in the UAE F&B industry is preferred
