Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in hospitality consultancy, franchising, and event partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, hotel operators, and brand partners.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and remain aware of industry trends and gaps in the F&B and lifestyle sector.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure new projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (concept design, design, advisory, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Represent TGP International at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Track business development activities through CRM tools and prepare regular pipeline reports (Hubspot).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial management (preferably hospitality/F&B/design sectors).
  • Proven track record of securing high-value projects and partnerships.
  • Strong network within the UAE and GCC hospitality and real estate industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
