Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls using a power dialer system
- Engage with potential clients to introduce company services
- Qualify leads and identify strong sales opportunities
- Book appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records and data within the CRM
- Represent the company with professionalism and high energy
Requirements
- English communication skills at a C1 level or higher
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Confidence in handling phone objections and engaging prospects
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- A quality headset for clear professional calls
- Familiarity with CRM systems and dialers
