Job description
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified appointments and meetings that convert into sales opportunities for Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to define prospecting strategies and build effective BDR–AE tandems.
- Perform outbound phone prospecting and fast-paced outreach to secure qualified meetings.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) and iterate on messaging to improve conversion.
- Conduct qualification meetings and manage parts of the sales cycle for Mid‑Market and Enterprise prospects.
- Track activity and results in the CRM; participate in team challenges and performance initiatives.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with professional-level fluency in English.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a BDR or in SaaS sales/prospecting.
- Strong phone prospecting and multi-channel outreach skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and empathy to build rapid rapport.
- Ability to work in a hybrid Dubai-based model and participate in team processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in LegalTech or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Experience qualifying Mid‑Market or Enterprise accounts end-to-end.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- University degree in business, marketing, management, or communications.
