Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand business challenges and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts within the LATAM region.
- Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency, research, and personalization.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progression within the CRM.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to execute strategic account plans.
- Represent Incode at industry events and networking opportunities to build new business relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role.
- Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and high-volume cold calling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesloft).
- Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to incorporating them into sales workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity verification, or cybersecurity industries.
- Experience working within a high-growth scale-up or startup environment.
