Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand business challenges and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts within the LATAM region.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency, research, and personalization.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progression within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to execute strategic account plans.
  • Represent Incode at industry events and networking opportunities to build new business relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and high-volume cold calling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesloft).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to incorporating them into sales workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity verification, or cybersecurity industries.
  • Experience working within a high-growth scale-up or startup environment.
