Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners across multiple verticals
• Apply internet-thinking frameworks to relationship management and funnel tracking
• Develop and execute new growth initiatives to expand the Orderly ecosystem
• Collaborate with BD, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Engage with builders, investors, and exchanges to drive partnership activation
• Manage grants programs and hackathon participation
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date partner database

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• 2+ years of experience in ecosystem growth, BD, or partnerships
• Experience in blockchain (L1/L2), venture firms, or tech companies
• Internet-native mindset with comfort using CRM tools and automation
• Excellent speaker and writer
• Biased toward action and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products
