Responsibilities

  • Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition, and key business KPIs for a specific business line
  • Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Develop and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with company objectives
  • Lead cross-functional execution by aligning specialist teams including Performance Marketing, Martech, Retail, and Creative
  • Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing funnel performance and developing hypotheses for experiments
  • Launch and scale major growth initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships
  • Improve systems and workflows by leveraging AI, automation, and Agentic workflows to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Operations
  • Strong understanding of acquisition channels, conversion optimization, and customer journeys
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence teams without direct authority
  • Experience working with data and making decisions based on performance metrics
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, or consumer technology companies
  • Experience launching new products or business lines
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and Agentic workflows
  • Experience managing large-scale growth experiments and rapid test-and-learn environments
