Business Loan Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process SBA, SBA Express, working capital, business lines of credit, and equipment financing applications
• Collect, review, and organize required borrower documentation
• Prepare complete loan files for submission and verify accuracy against lender requirements
• Monitor loan progress and communicate updates internally
• Maintain accurate loan documentation and processing records
• Coordinate with lenders, funding partners, and financial institutions
• Recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Maintain spreadsheets and funding pipeline tracking reports

Requirements

• Previous experience processing SBA and SBA Express loans
• Experience processing working capital loans and business lines of credit
• Experience working with commercial lending, business funding, or business finance companies
• Strong understanding of lender documentation requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience processing business credit cards or equipment financing
• Experience supporting a growing lending operation
• Knowledge of Commercial Lending Platforms and CRM Platforms
• Experience with Document Management Systems
