Business Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Go-to-Market approach for Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS) Fixed Systems across the META market
• Build and execute marketing plans that align with global business strategies and local market priorities
• Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) and launches, ensuring strong market adoption and optimal availability
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to shape portfolio positioning and value propositions
• Develop and execute local segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing strategies
• Manage KOL and Reference Site programs to foster customer collaboration
• Support sales teams by providing localized assets, market insights, and competitive tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, service, supply chain, and commercial departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent marketing degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Healthcare or Medtech products and solutions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage within a matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% within the META region
• Experience in Image Guided Therapy (IGT) or related domains is a significant advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing and marketing technology capabilities
• Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and international teams
