Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and reorder cycles
• Manage supplier and manufacturer relationships, specifically China-based partners
• Coordinate freight and shipment timelines across the China to US pipeline, including customs and tariffs
• Manage 3PL relationships and monitor SLAs
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPI trackers
• Document SOPs and job scorecards in Notion
• Lead weekly standups, 1:1s, and performance reviews
• Manage the hiring pipeline, including screening and onboarding
• Track recurring operational spend and deliver monthly OPEX summaries

Requirements

• 2+ years in Operations or Project Management within e-commerce or DTC
• Hands-on supply chain experience (inventory, 3PL, freight, forecasting)
• Advanced Notion and/or ClickUp skills
• Daily use of AI tools for automation and system building
• Experience managing remote teams across time zones
• Ability to interpret basic financial reports
• Experience managing hiring pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience operating across China and US markets
• Experience scaling a DTC brand
• Expertise in building KPI dashboards and operational scorecards
• Multi-vendor and multi-channel supply chain exposure
• Implementation of AI-driven automation
