Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive operational projects from idea to implementation, including planning, stakeholder management, delivery and post-project reviews
• Identify inefficient workflows and redesign them using AI, automation and smarter processes to create measurable business impact
• Build and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work and help teams work more efficiently
• Collaborate with teams across Yazio to roll out operational improvements and ensure lasting adoption
• Own company-wide operational topics such as hardware, software licenses, tool access, subscriptions, insurance and workplace resources
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, vendor documentation, data privacy and legal requirements
• Develop scalable processes and operational infrastructure that support Yazio's continued growth

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Business Operations, Project Management or a similar operational role
• Experience in a technology company, startup or scale-up
• Hands-on experience improving business processes through AI and automation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency using AI assistants in daily workflows
• University degree in Business Management, Operations Management or a related field
• Fluency in English and German
