Responsibilities

• Audit and evaluate the company’s systems landscape to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Define and maintain a clear systems architecture to prevent tool duplication
• Optimize internal integrations and bidirectional data capabilities
• Work with tool owners to improve data integrity and reporting across platforms
• Drive end-user adoption through training and documentation
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within existing SaaS tools
• Evaluate and pilot new AI-driven tools to improve productivity

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, operations, or IT roles
• Strong experience with SaaS ecosystems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse, Rippling, or Zendesk
• Proven track record of improving workflows and integrating systems
• Experience with APIs and automation tools such as Zapier, Workato, or Tray
• Familiarity with AI capabilities in modern SaaS tools
• Strong communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
