Sharecare is the leading digital health company that helps people unify and manage all their health in one place. Through its CareLinx business line, Sharecare connects families with non-medical and in-home caregivers via a specialized healthcare technology platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to ensure applicants align with company values and culture
• Manage and negotiate job offers, including terms and delivery for selected caregivers
• Partner with Onboarding Specialists to prepare caregivers for their first shifts
• Train caregivers on navigating the CareLinx platform
• Identify and engage qualified caregivers to fulfill program and member requirements
• Collaborate with Care Advisors to strategically plan for program requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication
• Provide coaching, resources, and guidance to ensure caregiver success and engagement

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills
• Empathy and patience when addressing caregiver needs
• Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving program demands
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
