Career Services Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional personal production while delivering high-quality career coaching and placement support
• Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring peers and supporting onboarding initiatives
• Promote consistency in documentation, CRM utilization, and workflow execution
• Support Career Services leadership by reinforcing operational initiatives and monitoring workflow effectiveness
• Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to support departmental training and projects
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and student-focused culture

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong skills in coaching, performance management, and team leadership
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding production goals
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans
• Proficiency with business tools and systems (CRM, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in career services, staffing, sales, or workforce development
• Experience working in a production-driven or metrics-based environment
• Prior leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Experience with pipeline management and performance tracking tools
