Casino Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and roadmap of a core platform powering multiple products and international markets
• Discover product opportunities proactively through customer research, behavioral analysis, and experimentation
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from validating ideas to successful delivery and continuous optimization
• Influence product direction by balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with HQ leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable platform capabilities
• Build solutions that create measurable improvements in engagement and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
• Proven experience in the iGaming industry preferred
• Experience developing digital products throughout the entire lifecycle
• Expertise in product discovery, strategy, and qualitative/quantitative research
• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams in software development environments
• Data-driven approach to product decisions and hypothesis validation
• Experience with platform products, multi-market solutions, or AI-driven product practices
