Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the sales channel across the UAE, focusing on acquiring new system integrators and value-added resellers.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, technology partners and resellers.
  • Drive revenue growth through indirect sales activities: upselling, renewals of software maintenance, and international end-user sales.
  • Ensure channel partners are trained, enabled and informed on products, solutions and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase Genetec visibility across key verticals and support partner demand-generation activities.
  • Support regional sales management and key account managers in executing partner-led campaigns and events.
  • Represent Genetec at industry events, conferences and partner meetings across the region.
  • Act as liaison between account executives, channel sales, customer service, SDRs and channel enablement teams.
  • Use social media and marketing content to identify leads and potential projects; handle information requests from local consultants and planners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience in indirect international sales, with at least 3 years for a manufacturer in security or technical IT.
  • Proven track record developing and scaling sales channels in security or IT sectors.
  • Experience managing system integrators and distributors.
  • Strong presentation, communication and sales acumen.
  • Structured, organized and calm under pressure; proactive and able to challenge the status quo when needed.
  • Experience driving partner tool adoption (partner portal, quoting tools).
