Responsibilities
- Set up and onboard new partners in CRM and internal systems
- Prepare BD materials including decks, proposals, and one-pagers
- Process deal registrations and maintain pipeline accuracy
- Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM data
- Track contracts, NDAs, and renewals
- Handle MDF tracking and invoice follow-ups
- Pull regular reports on partner activity and deal progress
- Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Finance on partner-related tasks
- Maintain and document operational processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an operations or coordination role
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
