Job description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and onboard new partners in CRM and internal systems
  • Prepare BD materials including decks, proposals, and one-pagers
  • Process deal registrations and maintain pipeline accuracy
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM data
  • Track contracts, NDAs, and renewals
  • Handle MDF tracking and invoice follow-ups
  • Pull regular reports on partner activity and deal progress
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Finance on partner-related tasks
  • Maintain and document operational processes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an operations or coordination role
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
