Responsibilities

• Perform credit card chargeback resolution to ensure timely, accurate, and effective processing of fraud and dispute claims
• Provide evidence when merchants request information before it becomes a chargeback
• Conduct in-depth research and investigation into fraudulent transactions or dispute claims
• Provide documentation to support investigations
• Ensure adherence to all claim deadlines
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with ability to work accurately with billing transactions
• Clerical, technical, and administrative experience
• Professional communication skills via phone, chat, and email
• Proficiency in Windows or macOS screenshot programs, office suites, and Adobe Reader
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, and emergency shifts
• Must provide own computer/laptop for the first 90 days of employment
