Responsibilities
- Own overall technical architecture and multi-year engineering roadmap for the quantum-safe Layer-0 OS + Layer-1 stack
- Lead design and hardening of post-quantum cryptography, Zero-Knowledge Proofs, and privacy-preserving AI systems
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, distributed engineering organization
Requirements
- 15–25+ years of experience in advanced systems architecture and engineering leadership
- Proven track record architecting and delivering production blockchain systems (Cosmos SDK, EVM, etc.)
- Deep expertise in post-quantum cryptography, Zero-Knowledge systems, or decentralized identity
