Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic marketing positioning for the firm within the GCC and internationally
  • Develop messaging frameworks across eight distinct service lines to drive differentiation against Big 4 and regional competitors
  • Design a programmatic thought leadership strategy that converts regulatory expertise into a measurable lead generation engine
  • Create an international inbound strategy targeting firms in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong seeking Middle East market entry
  • Oversee event strategy by prioritizing high-value commercial opportunities over geographic convenience
  • Coach the Head of Marketing to transition from execution-focused tasks to strategic implementation
  • Provide commercial marketing performance reports and data-driven insights to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team

Requirements

  • 10–18 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at the VP or CMO level
  • Proven expertise in professional services, consulting, or advisory marketing
  • Extensive experience operating within the GCC market
  • Demonstrated success in strategic positioning and building lead generation engines
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fractional capacity (2 days per week)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in GRC, compliance, regulatory advisory, legal, or financial services
  • Experience targeting international firms entering new jurisdictions
  • Multi-region experience across the GCC, UK, Africa, and Asia
  • Experience in event-driven pipeline development
  • Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation
