We combine clinical oversight with an AI-powered platform to train, enable, and support family caregivers in delivering high-quality care at home, helping health plans and government partners improve care transparency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and executive team on clinical strategy, care model evolution, and external positioning
• Build the Abby Care clinical narrative across pediatrics, adult home health, and senior care
• Serve as the external clinical face of Abby Care with payors, health systems, state regulators, and industry bodies
• Own the evidence strategy by partnering with analytics and clinical operations to design outcomes programs and publish results
• Represent Abby Care at conferences, roundtables, and advisory forums

Requirements

• Physician (MD/DO) with active or recent clinical practice
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, palliative care, or adjacent specialty
• Existing reputation in home-based care, value-based care, Medicaid, or complex population health
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical outcomes into commercial wins
• Strong external presence including published work and conference speaking experience
• Fluency in clinical performance metrics such as HEDIS, CAHPS, risk adjustment, and total cost of care
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, product, and data teams
