Responsibilities

• Manage capital and operating budgets across the portfolio and track ROI
• Run recruiting pipelines, manage onboarding, and organize leadership workshops
• Produce executive-ready materials, leadership updates, and townhall content
• Partner on annual and mid-year strategic planning and goal setting
• Run talent reviews, calibration, and analyze engagement survey results
• Coordinate cross-functionally with peer Chiefs of Staff and the broader technology organization
• Identify and resolve blockers to initiative progress

Requirements

• 10 years of total business experience
• Proven track record managing budgets and building operational processes
• Strong financial acumen and experience tracking ROI
• Experience managing structured processes like recruiting or onboarding
• Excellent written communication skills for executive-level deliverables
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, matrixed organization
• Familiarity with product-oriented ways of working
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree in a quantitative or business field
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience
• High-level understanding of AI for effective storytelling
