Responsibilities
- Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects across different areas of the business to ensure smooth execution
- Build systems, SOPs, and automations to support company scalability
- Coordinate with internal team members, contractors, and vendors
- Manage CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and track KPIs
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, communications, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and documents for key decisions
- Manage the CEO’s social media content calendar and support personal brand growth
- Proactively solve problems and present solutions rather than just reporting issues
Requirements
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and project management expertise
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Tech-savvy with familiarity with modern tools and AI applications
- Experience managing both operational leadership and executive support tasks
Benefits
- Annual compensation between $30,000 and $50,000
- Fully remote work environment
- Flexible working hours within the 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST window
