Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to Co-CEOs, driving alignment across business, media, and investment interests
• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven operational systems and Notion dashboards
• Lead and facilitate weekly executive team meetings and track accountability
• Prepare executive-ready briefings, memos, board decks, and presentations
• Manage high-priority special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Support board, portfolio, and investment workstreams, including diligence and deal flow
• Shape company-wide communications and culture for all-company meetings
• Manage relationship health across investors, board members, and key partners

Requirements

• 3–5 years of business experience
• At least 2 years working directly with C-level executives
• Experience with consumer goods strongly preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and no-code automation (Zapier)
• Expertise in Notion, Asana, Airtable, and G-Suite
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen

• Experience managing CRM systems and contact records
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones
