Client Acquisitions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Koala Health’s services
• Handle inbound customer calls to support various operational workflows
• Clearly explain service value and guide pet owners through the client onboarding process
• Overcome objections and address questions with professionalism and empathy
• Track and manage outreach activity using internal tools to ensure accurate records and timely follow-ups
• Share feedback and insights with the team to help refine outreach strategies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in outbound calling or inside sales
• Comfort with handling a large volume of phone calls daily
• Weekend availability required (with two weekdays off provided as a schedule swap)
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer and web-based tools
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
