Client Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts by assisting clients with funding requests and servicing issues
• Enforce Loan Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, and Credit Policies
• Maintain portfolio accounts, prevent operational risk rating downgrades, and perform collection activities
• Monitor loan collateral performance and support Account Executives with credit decision data
• Identify red flags, assess risk, and recommend solutions to appropriate representatives
• Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory policies and guidelines
• Process funding requests, purchase batches, borrowing certs, and client requests
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting requirements
• Analyze client trends to identify and mitigate potential risks to the bank
• Address debtor issues or concerns to find resolutions and secure collateral
• Manage diverse portfolios of ABL/Factoring with multiple collaterals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and instinctive skills
• Detail-oriented and assertive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Customer focus and dedication to meeting client needs
