Client Services Associate – Crypto & OTC Trading

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the OTC cryptocurrency trade desk
• Execute trades via bank wire and ACH transfer
• Field inbound and outbound communications from clients
• Partner with compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity
• Educate clients on platform basics, including wallets and cryptocurrency offerings
• Track individual performance metrics including call quality and trading ratios

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency preferred
• Strong organizational skills and discipline in regulated environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in computer use and learning new platforms
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OTC trading or brokerage services
• Familiarity with AML compliance or regulatory monitoring
• Proficiency using AI tools for productivity
• Passion for fintech and digital assets
