Client Solutions Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Produce executive-ready client materials, including formatting and quality-checking presentations in Google Slides
• Support cross-functional follow-through by coordinating inputs, tracking dependencies, and surfacing blockers
• Quality-assure deliverables for accuracy, consistency, logic, and alignment with brand standards
• Maintain team infrastructure by organizing shared files, templates, and operating documentation
• Anticipate needs of Client Solutions leaders by managing operating rhythms and coordinating meeting logistics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executive operations, business operations, or project coordination
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing polished work
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated excellence in creating executive-ready presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
